Welcome to Huis-Meeuw! We are Diana, Ralf, and Thorben, and we have made our dream come true in Julianadorp aan Zee. After 13 unforgettable years in this charming place, we have created our little paradise - "Huis-Meeuw."

It was love at first sight for us when we discovered this place. The endless beaches, fresh sea air, and relaxed atmosphere kept drawing us back here. Now, we want to give you the opportunity to experience this magical environment.

The best part is that our journey doesn't end here. We continuously invest in "Huis-Meeuw" to ensure that you feel comfortable during every stay.

Our ground-floor bungalow Huis-Meeuw (Seestern 91) in the Strandslag holiday park has a fenced garden of approximately 300m² and is suitable for 4 people with or without a dog.

The bungalow has 2 bedrooms, one with a box spring bed (180cm x 200cm) and one with 2 single beds (80cm x 200cm) that can be pushed together without any hassle. The recently renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower with a toilet, and a separate toilet is also part of the facilities.

The spacious living-dining area with a fireplace invites you to relax on rainy days or cooler evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, and dishwasher.

The bungalow has a flat-screen TV and offers Wi-Fi, which you can add to your booking. If you prefer not to use Wi-Fi, you can purchase a rechargeable card in shopping centers. There is also a private parking space at the house.

To ensure you enjoy your vacation, we have prepared various amenities for you in our house. These include two dog bowls, sofa blankets, and a cozy dog bed.

Standard spices like salt, pepper, and so on are also available to you, as well as cling film, aluminum foil, and kitchen paper. Additionally, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, and sponges are also provided for your convenience. We have also prepared a small starter package with dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, and sponges.

Toilet paper and soap are also available on-site. A washing machine is at your disposal. Please note that detergent and fabric softener are not provided as preferences may vary in this area.

We kindly ask you to handle our furniture with care. After using the chair cushions, please place them in the designated box and close the parasol properly. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the house broom-clean by 10 a.m. Please drop the key in the mailbox at Mrs. Tervelde's apartment building.

Julianadorp has a fantastic sandy beach with a wide dune belt. The town is surrounded by colorful flower fields.

Distances are approximately 2km to the shopping center and city center, 5km to Den Helder (from where a ferry to Texel departs), 30km to Alkmaar, and 100km to Amsterdam. Our bungalow is located in the Strandslag park and is 300m from the sea. The facility includes: play, swimming, and fishing lakes, soccer and playgrounds, animal enclosures, a cafe/restaurant with a terrace, and mini golf.

Down Payment 25% of the rental price must be transferred within 14 days of booking.
Final Payment At the latest 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Period:
The tenant has the right to cancel the rental property booking. Cancellation must be done in writing.

Cancellation Period and Refund:
If canceled more than 60 days before the planned arrival date, the tenant will receive a full refund of the rental amount.
If canceled up to 60 days before the planned arrival date, the tenant will receive a 50% refund of the rental amount.
If canceled less than 30 days before the planned arrival date, no refund will be provided.

Replacement Tenant:
The tenant has the right to find a replacement tenant and notify the landlord before the planned arrival date. If a replacement tenant is accepted, and the booking is successfully transferred, the cancellation fees for the original tenant will be waived.

Deviations are possible after consultation with the landlord.

Travel Insurance:
The tenant is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations and losses.
